CANCELLATION POLICY
Life happens — I totally get it! But to keep things running smoothly, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If you no show/or cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the total of the service booked. This ensures I can fill the spot and keep everyone happy (including me!).
